Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted? You don’t have to navigate it alone.
Life can be challenging, whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, or a major life transition. Therapy offers a space to pause, make sense of your experiences, and begin moving toward the life you want.
The heart of my practice is grounded in compassion, connection, and curiosity. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and safe to explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University (Canada), as well as a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in General Psychology from the University of Delhi (India).
Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, I help clients challenge unhelpful patterns, build psychological flexibility, strengthen resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges.
As a therapist with cross-cultural training and lived experience, I understand how identity, cultural values, family expectations, and life experiences shape our well-being. I support clients navigating identity, cultural expectations, intergenerational stress, immigration experiences, and the challenges of balancing multiple cultures through a culturally responsive and collaborative approach.
Fluent in both English and Hindi, I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and would be honoured to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and reconnecting with your authentic self.
