She has more than 16 years of experience in the mental health and wellness sector and the past 6 years of experience working within the MVA space, where she has managed service providers and therapists delivering care to clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents.
Nicole’s background includes clinic leadership, provider coordination, and the development of trauma-informed, evidence-based service delivery models. She is committed to supporting high standards of care, effective collaboration, and a seamless client experience for both individuals and referring professionals.
