Mental Health Screening & Review

Mental Health Screening & Review is a brief, clinician-guided check-in designed for clients who want a clearer understanding of their current mental health before committing to ongoing care. You begin by completing validated online screening tools; primarily the PHQ-9 (for depression) and the GAD-7 (for anxiety). You then meet with a clinician for a short virtual review session to discuss your results together.

During the review, your clinician will gently walk you through what your scores mean, offer psychoeducation tailored to your experience, and explore any risks or needs you may have.

Sessions available in English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi
